It is my believe, although not proven, that William Edward English, father of Herbert Charles English, is a brother to Adeline English Plopper, Mary Etta English Evans and Edgar J English. Each of these families resided at O'Brien Co Iowa at the same time and, allowing for errors in census information, are the correct ages. Each of these individuals list fathers born in Ireland and mothers born in New York.
