Rue was born 20 Sep 1913 at New Mexico, USA and died 25 Apr 1991 at San Bernardino Co, California, USA at age 77. They had three children: William Charles, Dolly Jo and Richard.

Elsie Elizabeth ENGLISH, born 1912 and died 1992, married Parker Aurora DORAN, son of Joseph Andrew Doran and Sophia Winifred MORGAN, on 19 Jun 1929 (Alternate marriage date: 31 May 1929) in Sweetwater, Nolan Co, Texas, USA. Parker was born 2 Nov 1911 at San Jon, Quay Co, New Mexico, USA and died 12 Oct 1964 at San Bernardino Co, California, USA. They had seven children: David Leo, Merle Eugene, Sophia Ruth Pauline, Robert Andrew, Joseph Charles, Cora Elizabeth "Betty," and Jesse Ray.

Joseph Lester ENGLISH, born 18 Dec 1918 at Corcain, Kings Co, California, USA and died 29 Nov 2000 at Tacoma, Pierce Co, Washington, USA at age 82, married Veda Thelma McCLUNG, daughter of Charles Lawson McCLUNG and Sarah Elizabeth DORAN, on 18 Dec 1938 at Corcain, Kings Co, California, USA. Veda was born 4 Sep 1913 at Hobart, Kiowa Co, Oklahoma, USA and died 27 Jun 1968 at Upland, San Bernardina Co, California, USA at age 82. They had four children: Herbert Charles, Barbara Elizabeth, Lucia Daniella Carole and Joseph Carroll.

Parker Aurora DORAN, Veda Thelma McCLUNG and Rue Lafayette CARDEN were first cousins, the grandchildren of Mathias Andrew DORAN and Melinda Jane CLEGG.
